理工科课程思政教学评价指标体系构建研究 被引量:96

摘要 理工科课程思政教学对未来卓越工程师的价值引领、能力培养和知识传授起到重要作用,而教师教学评价是理工科课程思政教学体系中构成闭环的关键环节,也是当前理工科课程思政理论研究和实践探索的薄弱环节。采用文献研究、调查问卷和专家咨询法,在充分调研的基础上,根据学生、同行专家和教师在理工科课程思政教学过程中的角色和身份特征,可以分别设计三个子系统,各子系统包含评价项目、评价标准,并通过网络层次分析法为各评价项目分别赋值权重,共同构成了理工科课程思政教学评价指标体系,以期通过多元评价主体从不同视角给予教师教学评价反馈,促进理工科专业教师课程思政育人能力的不断提升,同时为其他学科课程思政教学评价体系的构建提供参考。 The ideological and political teaching of science and engineering education plays an important role in training future engineers in the value guidance,ability cultivation and knowledge imparting,and evaluation of the teaching is the most important as well as the weakest part of current in the construction of ideological and political teaching system of science and engineering courses.On the basis of full investigation,we designed an evaluation system of three subsystems in line with the role and identity characteristics of students,peer experts and teachers.We hope that the multiple evaluation subjects from different perspectives of teaching evaluation feedback can promote and improve ideological and political teaching ability in the science and engineering education and work as a reference for the construction of evaluation system in other disciplines.
