摘要
科教融合是国家赋予高校的新的历史使命。本文将科教融合引入一流专业人才培养实践,贯穿OFPU即Observe(观察生活)、Finding(发现问题)、Practice(探究、实践)、Use(实践应用)。理念,引领一流专业人才培养的创新实践,在分析国内会计学本科人才培养实践和存在问题的基础上,提出一流专业人才培养科教融合实践路径:做好一流专业人才素质需求的调研,强化科教融合主导下的理论基础培育;构建科教融合相适应的教学模式,打通科教融合短板;制订科教融合相适应的科研指导体系,培养学生科研能力;打造科教融合的教学资源平台,优化综合评价体系,实现一流专业人才培养目标。
On the basis of analyzing the practice and existing problems of domestic accounting undergraduate talent training,this research proposes:do a good job in the survey of the quality requirements of first-class professional talents,strengthen the theoretical foundation cultivation led by the integration of science and education;build a integration of science and education Adaptable teaching mode to break through the shortcomings of the integration of science and education;formulate a scientific research guidance system that is compatible with the integration of science and education to cultivate students'scientific research capabilities;build a teaching resource platform for the integration of science and education,optimize the comprehensive evaluation system,and achieve the goal of training first-class professional talents.
