摘要
目的调查新时代下临床医学专业学位研究生对目前评价体系的观点与看法,为未来该评价体系的制定提供参考依据。方法本研究拟纳入四川大学华西临床医学院2018-2020级临床医学专业学位研究生。结合前期整理形成的临床医学专业学位研究生评估方案,通过问卷调查研究生基本情况、择业原因和就业规划、对评价体系的要求与期望以及对评价方式的选择与观点。结果共发放200份问卷,回收有效问卷164份,问卷有效回收率为82.0%。在评价体系期望方面,被调查者对于评价体系中的人文综合素质(19.0%±8.2%)、专业知识和技能(38.5%±10.1%)、健康状况(11.4%±12.1%)和心理素质(11.3%±11.9%)的期望均显著高于预设期望值。在评价方式方面,被调查者在思想意识和道德考查(72.0%)、人文综合素质(83.5%)以及创新素质(69.5%)三个方面均首选多元评价反馈。同时62.8%学生认为不应将高水平国际期刊论文发表情况作为评价指标。结论临床医学专业学位研究生对于当下评价体系的指标设置、比重考量和评价方式均有其不同看法。医学教育工作者需要在符合新时代的社会和人民的需求的基础上,根据学生的需求针对性因势利导,优化评价体系,使当下的医学专业研究生更好地成为新时代的医学人才。
Objective To investigate the views and opinions of clinical medicine postgraduate students on the current evaluation system in the New Era,and then provide a basis for the formulation of the evaluation system in the future.Methods Those postgraduates with professional degree of clinical medicine from grade 2018 to 2020 in West China School of Medicine of Sichuan University were included.Combining with the pre-organized evaluation system,the basic information,reasons for choosing careers,employment planning,requirements and expectations of the evaluation system,and choice and opinions on evaluation methods were investigated through questionnaires.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 164 valid questionnaires were retrieved,with an effective rate of 82.0%.In terms of the expectations of the evaluation system,the respondents expectations for the comprehensive humanistic quality(19.0%±8.2%),professional knowledge and skills(38.5%±10.1%),health status(11.4%±12.1%)and psychological quality(11.3%±11.9%)in the evaluation system were significantly higher than the preset expectations.Regarding evaluation methods,the respondents preferred multiple evaluation feedback in terms of ideological and moral examination(72.0%),comprehensive humanistic quality(83.5%),and innovative quality(69.5%).Moreover,62.8%of the students thought that the publication of high-level international journal papers should not be used as an evaluation indicator.Conclusion Postgraduates with professional degree of clinical medicine have different views on the current evaluation system s index setting,weighting considerations,and evaluation methods.Medical educators should meet the needs of the society and people in the New Era,and optimize the evaluation system according to the demands of students,so that current medical postgraduate students can better become medical talents in the New Era.
