摘要
本文以草莓品种“红颜”为试材,用茉莉酸甲酯和蔗糖处理后的方法,重点分析了草莓果实采后的灰霉病发病规律以及相关功能基因的表达量变化。结果表明:与对照相比,用茉莉酸和蔗糖处理的草莓果实都对灰霉病有不同程度的抗性,发病程度明显轻于对照;发病率显著低于对照;同时与草莓抗病相关基因的表达量也受到不同程度调控,其中MYB10、WRKY1的表达量也表现调控最为明显。
In this paper,the strawberry variety“Hongyan”was used as the test object,which are treated with methyl jasmonate and sucrose,the incidence of gray mold and the expression changes of related functional genes in strawberry fruits after harvest is analyzed after treatment.The results showed that:compared with the control,the strawberry fruits treated with jasmonate acid and sucrose exhibit varying degrees of resistance to gray mold,the incidence degree was significantly lighter than the control;the incidence rate was significantly lower than the control;at the same time,the expression of genes related to strawberry disease resistance was regulated to various degrees,with MYB10 and WRKY1 being the most regulated.
