摘要
矿井采煤机是高效的煤炭采掘机械,随着矿井智能化设备应用的增多,对矿井采煤机的可靠性和动态特性有了更高的要求。由于煤炭储藏地层的复杂性,需要采煤机具有机械灵活性来适应地下开采环境。组成采煤机的零部件和铰接部位较多,且机械节点的受力载荷、动态特性曲线影响了采煤机整机的工作可靠性,尤其是截割部件是采掘煤炭的关键结构。为了掌握采煤机截割部件的动力学特性变化规律,充分利用截割部件的工作性能,通过仿真技术对截割部件的运动特性进行数值模拟计算,得到了截割部件运动状态的变化规律以及受力特点。
Mine shearer is an efficient coal mining machine.With the increase of the application of mine intelligent equipment,there are higher requirements for the reliability and dynamic characteristics of mine shearer.Due to the complexity of coal storage strata,the shearer needs mechanical flexibility to adapt to the underground mining environment.There are many parts and articulated parts of the shearer,and the mechanical load and dynamic characteristic curve of the mechanical nodes affect the working reliability of the shearer,especially the cutting parts are the key structure for mining coal.In order to master the change law of dynamic characteristics of shearer cutting parts and make full use of the working performance of cutting parts,the motion characteristics of cutting parts are numerically simulated and calculated through simulation technology,and the change law of motion state and stress characteristics of cutting parts are obtained.
