摘要
人才是现代医院的核心竞争力,是医院生存、发展的基础。加强人才队伍建设是医院发展的根本,是提高医院效益、切实推动医院协调、快速、可持续发展的重要保障。我院于2017年12月正式成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(简称“我院”),校院融合背景下对附属医院人才建设工作提出了新的高度和要求,本文以我院人才建设实践为例,通过建立双聘机制、学科特聘专家、公开招聘人才等加大外部引进力度,同时拓宽培养路径、建立出国研修、博士后培养等创新人才内部培养,对医院各层次人才队伍建设进行积极地探索和实践。医院在医疗、教学、科研等方面取得一定的成绩,临床服务能力持续提升、科研教学取得新突破、人才结构不断优化、医院声誉逐年攀升。
Talent is the core competitiveness of modern hospitals and the foundation of hospital survival and development.Strengthening the construction of a talent team is the foundation of hospital development and an important guarantee for improving hospital efficiency and promoting hospital coordinated,rapid,and sustainable development.In December 2017,our hospital officially became the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of Science and Technology(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”).Under the background of college-hospital integration,new heights and requirements are put forward for the talent construction of affiliated hospitals.Taking the practice of talent construction in our hospital as an example,this paper actively explores and practices the construction of talent teams at all levels of the hospital,through increasing external import including the establishment of a double employment mechanism,subject-specific experts and pen recruitment of talents,and establishing internal training of innovative talents such as international research and post-doctoral training.The hospital has made certain achievements in medical treatment,teaching,and scientific research.The clinical service ability has been continuously improved,new breakthroughs have been made in scientific research and teaching,the talent structure has been continuously optimized,and the hospital reputation has been rising year by year.
