摘要
剪叉机构在各类机械设备上有着广泛的应用,为提高剪叉机构的工作效率,节约能源,考虑到液压缸各安装参数之间的相互影响,通过简化剪叉机构力学模型,采用虚位移原理法对整机质点系进行分析,获得液压缸受力表达式。利用Box-Behnken设计方法,建立各参数之间的数学回归方程,通过Design-Expert中的优化功能,选择出最佳参数组合,与实际计算的误差值仅有1.4%,为设计和评估剪叉机构提供参考依据。
Scissor type mechanism is widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment.Considering the mutual influence among the installation parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,in order to improve the working efficiency of the scissor mechanism and save energy,the virtual displacement principle method is used to analyze the particle system of the whole machine,and the force expression of the hydraulic cylinder is obtained.The mathematical regression equation among the parameters was established by using the Box-Behnken design method,and the optimal parameter combination was selected by the optimization function of Design-Expert.The error between the obtained results and the actual calculation results was only 1.4%,which indicated that the above analysis provided a reference for the design and evaluation of the scissor type mechanism.
