天花板水电站库区左岸边坡堆积体监控与综合处置

摘要 天花板水电站库区左岸堆积体的规模较大,随着库水位的升降,产生了岸坡裂缝和大幅变形情况,对电站及周边居民造成了较大安全威胁,通过采取移民永久搬迁,安全监测,科学的稳定分析研究以及应急管理等综合处置措施,并经过多年洪水、地震的考验,堆积体已处于稳定状态,有效的化解了安全风险。 The left bank of the Tianhuaban Hydropower Station reservoir area has a large scale of deposit.With the rise and fall of reservoir water level,bank slope cracks and large deformations occur,which pose a great safety threat to the power plant and the surrounding residents.By taking comprehensive disposal measures such as permanent relocation of immigrants,safety monitoring,analysis and emergency management,and after many years of flood and earthquake tests,the accumulation has been in a stable state and effectively solved the safety risk.
