化瘀解毒汤对脓毒症患者血清炎症因子水平和APACHEⅡ评分的影响

Study on the Effect of Huayu Jiedu Decoction on Sepsis Patients with Change of the Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels and APACHE Ⅱ Score

目的观察化瘀解毒汤治疗脓毒症的疗效及对血清炎症因子水平和APACHEⅡ评分的影响,以期为临床诊疗提供依据。方法将120例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各60例,治疗组在脓毒症标准治疗的基础上联合化瘀解毒汤口服或鼻饲治疗,对照组采用脓毒症指南方案标准治疗,疗程均1周,比较两组治疗前后降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平并进行APACHEⅡ评分。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PCT、CRP和APACHEⅡ评分水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化瘀解毒汤治疗脓毒症疗效显著,具有很好的临床治疗效果,可以明显降低血清炎症因子水平,改善APACHEⅡ评分。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huayu Jiedu Decoction on sepsis and the change of serum inflammatory factor levels and APACHE Ⅱ score,to provide powerful basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A total of 120 patients who met the sepsis selection criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group adopted the standard treatment plan of western medicine sepsis guidelines combined with Huayu Jiedu Decoction orally or nasal feeding treatment;the control group was treated with the standard treatment of conventional western medicine sepsis guidelines.The treatment course was 1 week.The levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups and the APACHE Ⅱ score was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PCT,CRP and APACHE Ⅱ in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huayu Jiedu Decoction has significant effect for sepsis with very good clinical efficacy.It can significantly lower the serum levels of inflammatory factors,improve the APACHE Ⅱ score.
