摘要
为了解决高温深井钻井液滤失量大、护壁性能差等问题,室内采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)、N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体制备抗高温有机硅降滤失剂。热重分析显示,有机硅热分解温度在330℃以上,表明其具有优异的抗高温性能。基浆中加3%有机硅降滤失剂在200℃下热滚后,其API滤失量仅为6.0mL,高温高压滤失量为19.8mL,可抗15%CaCl2侵污,表明有机硅降滤失剂具有优异的降滤失性能、抗盐侵性能。
In order to solve the problems of high temperature deep well drilling fluid with large filtration loss and poor wall protection performance,AM,A-171,NVCL and AMPS were used as monomers to prepare high temperature resistant silicone fluid loss additive.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of organosilicon was more than 330℃,indicating that the organosilicon had excellent high temperature resistance.After adding 3%organosilicon filtrate reducer to the base slurry and heating rolling at 200℃,the API filtrate loss was only 6.0mL,and the high temperature and high pressure filtrate loss was 19.8mL,which can resist 15%CaCl2,indicating that the organosilicon filtrate reducer had excellent filtrate loss control performance and salt intrusion resistance.
