摘要
硫色满-4-酮是一种含硫的杂环化合物,其在水溶性介质中具有高亲脂性和低溶解度的特性。研究表明,硫色满-4-酮及其相应的衍生物具有多种生物活性,如抗真菌、抗癌、抗细菌、抗寄生虫、抗高血压、抗暴食症等,并可抑制某些酶的活性从而起到控制相关疾病的作用。本文对硫色满-4-酮及其衍生物的经典合成方法和重要生物活性进行了总结和综述,以期为基于硫色满-4-酮结构的药物设计和发现提供相关基础。
Thiochroman-4-one is a kind of sulfur-containing heterocyclic compound with high lipophilicity and low solubility in water-soluble media.Studies have shown that thiochroman-4-one and its corresponding derivatives have a variety of biological activities,such as anti-fungal,anti-cancer,anti-bacterial,anti-parasitic,anti-hypertension,anti-bulimia and other biological activities.They can also inhibit the activity of some enzymes to treat related diseases.The present review summarizes the classical synthetic methods and important biological activities of thiochroman-4-one and its derivatives,which provides a relevant basis for thiochroman-4-one drug design and discovery.
