摘要
在高校“双一流”建设背景下,大型仪器共享平台的构建日趋完善,其运行状态与教学、人才培养及高质量科研成果产出密切相关。本文结合日常工作实践经验和浙江大学大型仪器共享平台的运行情况,对高校大型仪器共享平台管理运行中普遍存在的问题进行了分析总结。在完善大型仪器设备购置管理制度、健全综合效益评价体系、提高信息化管理水平、健全维修保养机制、加强平台实验技术人员素质建设等方面提出了相关对策,为提高大型仪器共享平台的运行状况、管理水平、效益提供借鉴。
Under the background of"double first-class"construction of universities,the construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform is becoming better and better,and its operation state is closing related to teaching,talent training and the output of high-quality scientific research results.This paper combines the daily practical experience and the operation of the large-scale instrument sharing platform of Zhejiang University,analyzes and summarizes the common problems in the management and operation of the large-scale instrument sharing platform in universities.In order to improve the management level,operation status and benefit of the large instrument sharing platform,a series of measures are put forward,such as improving the management system of large instrument equipment purchase,optimizing the comprehensive benefit evaluation system,improving the information management level,optimizing the maintenance guarantee mechanism,strengthening the quality construction of the platform's experimental technical personnel,etc.
