摘要
电工装备质量是影响智能电网安全可靠运行的关键因素。为提升电网安全质量、实现质量强网,国家电网公司积极打造面向工业互联网的电工装备智慧物联平台,提升电工装备供应链质量及电网运行安全稳定水平。为推进电工装备智慧物联平台应用与推广,亟需制定一套系统化的电工装备智慧物联标准体系。因此,首先分析了工业互联网及其应用的标准化体系建设现状,其次以建设落实面向工业互联网的电工装备智慧物联体系为目标,从基础共性、关键技术和应用服务3个标准方向构建并分析了电工装备智慧物联标准体系架构,最后结合电工装备智慧物联平台建设计划,梳理了以基础建设、深化运营和系统增值为重点发展方向的标准制定计划,为电工装备智慧物联标准化工作有序开展提供参考。
The quality of electrical equipment is the key factor affecting the safe and reliable operation of a smart grid. In order to improve the safety of the grid and strengthen the grid with quality, the State Grid Corporation of China builds an Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform oriented to the industrial internet actively to improve the quality of electrical equipment supply chain and the security and stability level of the power grid operation. In order to boost the application and promotion of the Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform, it is necessary to formulate a systematic standard system. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the industrial internet and its application standardization. Then aiming at the construction and implementation of the industrial internet oriented Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform, this paper constructs and analyzes the Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform standard architecture from three standard directions of basic generality, key technology and application services. Finally, combined with the construction plan of the Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform, the standard development plan focusing on the infrastructure construction, deepening operation and system value addition is sorted out, which provides a reference for the standardization work of the Electrical Equipment Intelligent IOT Platform.
