摘要 针对国内大型露天矿山电铲电机参数多数不能实现实时监测的难题,基于LabVIEW和PLC开发了电铲电机工作参数远程监测系统,系统硬件采用传感器和PLC以及触摸屏一体机;软件采用LabVIEW开发数据监测系统,采集得到的数据通过4G网络传输到云服务器数据库,用户通过访问客户端实现远程监测。结果表明:该系统可以有效地远程监测电铲电机运行的实时参数,人机界面友好,具有较强的实用性和可靠性。 Aiming at the problem that most of the electric shovel motor parameters in domestic large open-pit mines can not be monitored in real time,a remote monitoring system for working parameters of electric shovel motor was developed based on LabVIEW and PLC,the hardware of the system consists of sensor,PLC and touch screen integrated machine.LabVIEW was used to develop the data monitoring system.The collected data was transmitted to the cloud server database through 4G network,and users access the client to realize remote monitoring.The results show that the system can effectively monitor the real-time parameters of electric shovel motor operation remotely,with a friendly man-machine interface,and it has strong practicability and reliability.
