滋阴益气补肾汤、银杏酮酯滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者心电图、氧化应激水平的影响

Effect of Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction and Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills on Electrocardiogram and Oxidative Stress Levels in Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris Patients

目的分析滋阴益气补肾汤联合银杏酮酯滴丸对冠心病心绞痛(CHD-AP)患者心电图及氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2018年4月至2020年6月收治的92例CHD-AP患者作为研究对象,依照随机数表法将其分为两组,各46例。对照组接受银杏酮酯滴丸治疗,观察组接受滋阴益气补肾汤联合银杏酮酯滴丸,同时两组均接受基础治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗后心电图指标改善情况(ST段上升、T波改变)、治疗前后心功能[心脏指数(CI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)]、氧化应激水平[丙二醛(MAD)、总抗氧化力(TAC)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)]。结果两组总有效率对比,观察组(93.48%)较对照组(76.09%)高(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组对比,观察组ST段上升、T波改变均较高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CI、LVEF、CO水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MAD、LPO均低于对照组,TAC高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴益气补肾汤联合银杏酮酯滴丸治疗CHD-AP效果显著,能有效改善患者心功能,减轻氧化应激反应。

Objective To analyze the effects of Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction combined with Ginkgo ketone ester dripping pills on the electrocardiogram and oxidative stress levels of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(CHD-AP).Methods A total of 92 CHD-AP patients from the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group received Ginkgo ketone dripping pills,and the observation group received Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction combined with Ginkgo ketone ester dripping pills.At the same time,both groups received basic treatment.Efficacy,improved electrocardiogram measures(rising ST segment,altered T wave),cardiac function before and after treatment[cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO)],oxidative stress level[malondialdehyde(MAD),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),lipid peroxide(LPO)]of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and it(93.48%)was higher in observation group than that(76.09%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher ST segment rise and T wave changes(P<0.05).After treatment,the CI,LVEF and CO levels of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MAD and LPO of observation group were lower than those of control group,and TAC was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction combined with Ginkgo ketone ester dripping pills has a significant effect in the treatment of CHD-AP,which can effectively improve the patient’s heart function and reduce the level of oxidative stress.
