上海市嘉定区养老机构消毒效果质量监测

Disinfection quality surveillance of nursing homes of a district in Shanghai

目的了解养老机构消毒质量现况,找出薄弱环节,为促进养老机构消毒工作提供决策依据。方法采用现场监测和调查的方法,对上海市嘉定区25家养老机构消毒质量进行监测。结果共采集25家养老机构不同消毒样品814件,合格704件,总合格率为86.49%。室内空气合格率为100.00%,环境物体表面、餐饮具、工作人员手合格率分别为88.06%、91.89%、77.03%。环境物体表面中的水龙头卫生质量合格率仅为59.46%。结论上海市嘉定区养老机构消毒工作存在薄弱环节,以水龙头、工作人员手最为严重,需进一步加强消毒指导。

Objective To know the current situation of disinfection quality of nursing homes,so as to find out the weak links and to provide decision-making basis for improving disinfection work of nursing homes.Methods On-site monitoring and investigation were used to monitor the disinfection quality of 25 nursing homes in Jiading distric.Results 814 samples were collected from 25 nursing homes,of which 704 were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 86.49%.The qualified rate of indoor air was 100.00%,and the qualified rate of environmental object surface,catering utensils and staff hands were 88.06%,91.89%and 77.03%,respectively.The lowest pass rate was surface of faucets,which was only 59.46%.Conclusion There are some deficiencies in the disinfection work of nursing home in Jiading District,especially the faucets and the hands of the staff,which need to be further strengthened.
