摘要
为建立大熊猫非麻醉状态下的血压标准,并探索其部分影响因素,以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地外展的12只大熊猫为研究对象,通过正增强训练的方式测定其在非麻醉状态下的收缩压和舒张压。结果显示:大熊猫非麻醉状态下的血压正常范围为收缩压(147.53±28.04)mmHg、舒张压(100.48±24.19)mmHg,且雄性大熊猫的收缩压和舒张压高于雌性大熊猫(P<0.05);被测定大熊猫所在的地域影响其收缩压和舒张压(P<0.05),但同一地域不同月份的收缩压和舒张压不存在差异(P>0.05);大熊猫收缩压和舒张压变异度在20 mmHg以内的占比约为50%,且连续多次测定大熊猫收缩压和舒张压从第一次到第三次的血压值间不存在差异(P>0.05)。因此,饲养管理人员在通过正增强训练方法连续测量血压时应尽可能增加测定次数,以建立不同性别大熊猫在各自地域的血压标准。
In order to explore the influencing factors and establish the blood pressure standard of non-anesthetized giant pandas,the blood pressure of 12 giant pandas belonged with the Chengdu research base of giant panda breeding were measured by positive reinforcement training,and the microenvironment's temperature was recorded at the time of data collection.The results showed that the normal blood pressure of non-anesthetized giant pandas was(147.53±28.04)mmHg(systolic blood pressure)and(100.48±24.19)mmHg(diastolic blood pressure),and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of male giant pandas were higher than those of female giant pandas(P<0.05).The area where the giant panda was located affects its systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure with months at the same region(P>0.05).The variation of SBP and DBP accounted for 50%within 20 mmHg,and there was no difference both the means of SBP and DBP from the first to third blood pressure measurement(P>0.05).Therefore,breeder should repeat measurement as much as possible by positive reinforcement training to establish blood pressure standards of giant pandas by region and gender.
