摘要
研究了新型功能性纤维铜改性聚丙烯腈纤维的性质,探讨了该纤维的定性鉴别方法。采用显微镜法观察纤维形态,采用化学试剂研究纤维溶解性能,采用红外光谱法测试纤维的分子结构,以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP)检测纤维中的铜离子,结合以上方法可鉴别铜改性聚丙烯腈纤维。研究了铜改性聚丙烯腈纤维与其他纤维混合物的定量分析方法。
The properties of a new functional fibercopper modified acrylic fibers are studied,and the qualitative identification methods of the fibers are discussed.The morphology of the fibers is observed by microscopy,the dissolving properties are studied by chemical reagent,the molecular structure of the fibers is measured by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the copper ion in the fibers is detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP).Combining the above methods,the copper modified acrylic fibers could be identified.The quantitative analysis method of the mixture of the fiber and other fibers is also studied.
