低地温环境下0^(#)柴油输送技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 0^(#)柴油具有热值高、价格低等优点,市场消费需求旺盛,但目前我国西南及东北部分地区由于多年冻土的存在,低地温环境制约着0^(#)柴油管道输送。0^(#)柴油低温环境下,柴油中的正构烷烃以蜡晶的形式析出,柴油流动性变差甚至凝固,管道输送存在凝管风险。通过0^(#)柴油加剂改性实验及系统水力、热力仿真模拟,得出0#柴油的冷滤点和凝点是影响0^(#)柴油输送的主要因素。通过添加合适的降凝剂能很好地降低0#柴油冷滤点及凝点,改善低温环境下的流动性;通过在管道沿线不同位置加剂及在线路段管道进行保温处理,能够保障低地温环境下0^(#)柴油管道输送的稳定性和安全性。低地温环境下长距离管道输送0#柴油采用“保温加降凝剂”的输送方案具有可行性。 0^(#)diesel oil has the advantages of high calorific value,low price and strong market de-mand.However,due to the existence of permafrost in southwest and northeast China,the low ground temperature environment restricts the transportation of 0^(#)diesel oil.The n-alkanes of diesel oil will pre-cipitates in the form of wax crystals in the low-temperature environment,so that the fluidity of 0#die-sel oil becomes poor or even solidifies,and there is a risk of condensation in pipeline transportation.Through 0^(#)diesel oil additive modification experiment,system hydraulic and thermal simulation,it is concluded that the cold filter plugging point and freezing point are the main factors affecting the trans-portation of 0#diesel oil.By adding appropriate pour point depressants,the cold filter plugging point and freezing point of 0^(#)diesel oil can be well-reduced,and the fluidity under low-temperature envi-ronment can be improved.Through adding pour point depressant at different positions along the pipe-line and applying heat insulation in pipeline section,the stability and safety of 0^(#)diesel pipeline trans-portation under low ground temperature environment can be guaranteed.It is feasible to use the schemes of“heat preservation and pour point depressant”for long-distance pipeline transportation of 0^(#)diesel oil in the low ground temperature environment.
