摘要
传统医学是技术层面与文化层面的统一体,是实践操作层面与理论价值层面的结合体。其中文化是“养”,是传统医学成医的滋养,是传统医学成长的土壤和根脉。本文在人类古典文化向现代文化演变的视野中,分析了文化与医学的关系、中国传统文化与中国传统医学的关系以及在鸦片战争及西学东渐的大背景下中国传统医学文化内涵不断变化、发展和充实的过程。新时期的传统医学文化建设,应积极推进中国传统医学体系内文化的存异求同以及人类共同价值情感中的存异求同,共铸具有中华民族共同体意识的中国传统医药文化,共促共建和谐美好的人类医学文化。利用各种优秀文化滋养传统医学,对于我国传统医学的发展乃至中国整体医学的发展具有非常重要的意义。
Traditional medicine is a unity of technical level and cultural level,and a combination of practical operation level and theoretical value level.Among them,culture is nourishment.It is the nourishment of traditional medicine to become a medicine,and it is the soil and root of traditional medicine.This paper analyzes the relationship between culture and medicine as well as the relationship between traditional Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of the evolution of human classical culture to modern culture,especially in the context of the Opium War and Western learning,the process of constant change,development and enrichment of traditional Chinese medicine’s cultural connotation.To construct traditional medical culture in the new era,we should actively seek the commons and reserve the differences in the culture of Chinese traditional medical system and the common values and emotions of the mankind,create Chinese traditional medical culture with a sense of China national community,and build a harmonious and ideal human medical culture.The use of various excellent cultures to nourish traditional medicine is of great significance for the development of Chinese traditional medicine and even the holistic Chinese medicine.
