With the continuous development of China's economy,the scale of state-owned enterprises continues to expand,and the content of enterprises'production and operation is becoming more and more complex.At present,the reform of China's state-owned enterprises is facing brand-new opportunities and challenges under the background of new social and economic development.Only by strengthening the reform and innovation within enterprises can we realize the high quality transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of state-owned enterprises in the new period,establish the position of enterprises in market competition,and prevent and resolve various risks faced by enterprises in development.In this regard,the paper briefly introduces the administrative management work,analyzes the role of administrative management in the management of state-owned enterprises,and discusses the effective strategies to improve the administrative management level of state-owned enterprises,so as to promote the rapid and healthy development of state-owned enterprises.
