针刺配合热敏灸对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者卵巢多囊样改变、内分泌指标的影响

Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on Ovarian Polycystic Changes and Endocrine Indexes in Patients with Infertility Due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的观察针刺配合热敏灸对痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者卵巢多囊样改变和内分泌指标的影响。方法将120例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组采用针刺配合热敏灸治疗,对照组采用针刺配合温和灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、卵巢多囊样改变情况、内分泌指标的差异。结果观察组有优势卵泡数和受孕数百分率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左、右卵巢体积降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后的LH/FSH<2的百分比增高(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(78.3%)明显优于对照组(63.4%)(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合热敏灸治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效确切,可显著改善患者卵巢多囊样情况、内分泌指标。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture plus heat-sensitive moxibustion on ovarian polycystic changes and endocrine indexes in patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation pattern.Method A total of 120 patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases).The observation group was treated with acupuncture plus heat-sensitive moxibustion and the control group was intervened by acupuncture plus mild moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,polycystic changes of the ovary and endocrine indexes were compared.Result The dominant follicle count and pregnancy rate in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,bilateral ovary volumes decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were smaller in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)declined after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the percentage of LH/FSH<2 increased in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(78.3%)was significantly superior to that in the control group(63.3%),(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus heat-sensitive moxibustion is effective in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome;this method can significantly improve the ovarian polycystic changes and endocrine indexes.
