摘要 在商用飞机制造过程中,大尺寸空间设备的温度测试对保障产品的质量安全具有非常重要的意义。航空用大尺寸空间设备根据相关工艺规范要求,都需要进行周期性的温度测试。目前,温度测试主要采用的方式是温度数据采集仪配合热电偶的有线测温技术进行现场测试,但有线测试技术存在测试成本高、操作复杂、工作耗时长和管理成本高等缺点,逐渐不能满足大飞机项目批生产的需求,因此,本文通过无线测温技术的研究,及无线测温技术与有线测温技术的数据相比对,验证无线测温技术在大尺寸空间设备温度测试的适用性与可靠性,以达到可替代有线测温技术的最终目标。 In the manufacturing process of commercial aircraft, the temperature test of large-size space equipment is very important to ensure the quality and safety of products.Aviation large-size space equipment should be subjected to periodic temperature testing according to the requirements of relevant process specifications.At present, the temperature test mainly uses the method of temperature data acquisition instrument cooperate with thermocouple temperature measurement technology in the field test, but the test technology has a high test cost, complex operation, long working time and management costs higher shortcomings, gradually cannot satisfy the demand of the large aircraft project production, therefore, this article is through wireless temperature measurement technology, and though the difference between the wireless temperature measurement and wired temperature measurement to verify the applicability and reliability of wireless temperature measurement technology in the temperature test of large-size space equipment, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of replacing wired temperature measurement technology.
