摘要
目的探索适合我国医学院校本科生的临床用血与管理整合课程的内容与教学方法。方法比较《外科学》与《内科学》课本中输血相关知识,分析其重复内容与不足之处,将其相关内容进行整合,新增部分输血相关法律法规、结合执业医师考试大纲要求,成为独立选修课程《临床用血与管理》,由副教授职称以上输血科教师进行授课。课程授课对象为2015级-2018级本科临床医学(5年制定向)共计192名学生,通过分析对比《外科学》、《内科学》输血知识考试及《临床用血与管理》期末考试情况;开课前后发放调查问卷的方式评价教学效果。结果考试结果显示临床用血与管理课程独立后取得了较好的教学效果;将内、外科输血相关知识进行整合由输血(科)专业教师完成教学,可节约教学人力资源50%;整合后的《临床用血与管理》课程设计更趋合理,输血(科)专业教师更适合临床用血与管理的教学。结论将医学院校本科《外科学》和《内科学》课程中输血相关知识进行整合,整合后课程结构更趋合理,由具有输血(科)专业背景的教师讲授,有利于学生对知识体系的整体性理解和记忆,值得在医学院校推广。
Objective To explore the content and teaching method of clinical blood use and management integration course for medical college students in China.Methods To compare the knowledge of blood transfusion in the textbooks of surgery and internal medicine,to analyze its repeated contents and deficiencies,to integrate its relevant contents,to add some new laws and regulations related to blood transfusion,and to combine the requirements of the examination syllabus for medical practitioners,become an independent elective course"clinical blood and management,by associate professor title above blood transfusion teachers.The subjects of this course were 192 students from grade 2015 to grade 2018 in clinical medicine(5-year orientation).The results were compared with those of the final examinations of"surgery","internal medicine"and"clinical blood management".Evaluation of teaching effect by means of questionnaire before and after class.Results The examination result shows that the teaching effect of the course of clinical blood use and management is better than that of the course of internal and surgical blood transfusion.The integrated curriculum design of"clinical blood and management"is more reasonable,and the teachers of blood transfusion are more suitable for the teaching of clinical blood and management.Conclusion After the integration of the blood transfusion related knowledge in the undergraduate courses of surgery and internal medicine in medical colleges and universities,the curriculum structure will be more reasonable,and will be taught by teachers with professional background in blood transfusion,it is helpful for students to understand and remember the whole knowledge system,and it is worth popularizing in medical college.
