矿井勘探钻孔多参量监测系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效的对矿井勘探钻孔数据进行长期监测,设计了一套地勘钻孔实时监测系统。系统以STM32F103RCT6为主控芯片,采用LoRa低功耗传输网络为通信方式,上位机软件采用Python程序设计,实现实时数据的监测和存储。其中系统监测上位机软件能够实现包括用户登录和管理、串口参数设置、数据实时显示、数据存储、显示当前时间及蓄电池电压、表格打印等功能。试验结果表明,矿井勘探钻孔多参量监测系统可扩展性强,运行稳定,能够满足对矿井勘探钻孔多参量监测的需求,具有较好的应用前景。 In order to effectively monitor the long-term drilling data of mine exploration,a set of real-time monitoring system for geo-exploration drilling is designed.STM32F103RCT6 is chosen as main-control chip of the system,LoRa low power transmission network is adopted as the communication mode,and the upper computer software designed with Python programming language provides implementation for the live updates data survey and memory.In the system,the inspecting software can accomplish operations including user login and management,serial port parameter setting,real-time information representation,data preservation,demonstrating present time and battery voltage,form information printing,etc.The experimental results indicate that the multi-parameter monitoring system for mine exploration and drilling possesses well extensibility and stability,which can meet the needs of mine exploration and drilling multi-parameter monitoring,and has a good application prospect.
