摘要
介绍了目前碳足迹核算的主要方法,在此基础上详细说明了基于生命周期评价法(LCA)评价农产品碳足迹的核算步骤,并以天水花牛苹果为研究对象,对花牛苹果生命周期内的碳足迹进行了核算,得出1 kg花牛苹果碳足迹为0.0698249 kg Ce,即每千克花牛苹果在整个生命周期中CO_(2)排放量为0.2560246 kg。其中CO_(2)排放热点环节为施肥环节和生产加工电能消耗环节,分别占CO_(2)总排放量的52.20%和29.82%。最后基于国内碳标签研究进展,对花牛苹果碳标签制度的建立提出了构想。
This paper introduces the carbon footprint calculation method,on which the calculation steps of agricultural products’carbon footprint by life cycle assessment(LCA)is explained.Taking Tianshui Huaniu apple as the research example,we draw a conclusion that carbon footprint in a kilo of Huaniu apple is 0.0698249 kg Ce by calculating carbon footprint in Huaniu apple LCA,that is,CO_(2) emissions in Huaniu apple LCA is 0.2560246 kg.And the discharge hot spots are fertilizing and power consumption in producing,which account for 52.20%and 29.82%of the total respectively.In the end,this paper proposes to build Huaniu apple carbon labeling on the basis of domestic carbon labeling research developments.
