中医适宜技术综合治疗干预对老年髋部骨折术后康复的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology on postoperative rehabilitation of hip fracture in elderly

目的观察中医适宜技术综合治疗干预对老年髋部骨折术后康复的影响。方法将100例老年髋部骨折术后患者分为2组,对照组45例行常规干预,干预组55例在对照组基础上加耳穴贴压、推拿按摩、中药溻渍综合治疗干预。比较2组术前、术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及术前1 d、术后1周、术后2周匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,术后7 d并发症发生率。结果2组术后1、3、7 d疼痛VAS及术后1周、术后2周PSQI评分均较本组术前降低(P<0.05),且干预组均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。干预组并发症总发生率为5.45%(3/55),对照组为22.22%(10/45),干预组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医适宜技术综合治疗干预能减轻老年髋部骨折术后患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,改善睡眠质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture(HF).Methods Totally 100 elderly HF patients were divided into two groups,55 cases in intervention group received TCM appropriate technology as auricular point sticking,massage,Chinese medicine stain,but 45 cases in control group received routine intervention alone.The pain visual analogue score(VAS)in each group were compared before treatment(day 0),and on day 1,day 3,and day 7 postoperation;the pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were counted on day 1 preoperation,and day 7,day 14 postoperation,as well as the rate of complications on day 7 postoperation.Results VAS socres on day 1,day 3,and day 7 postoperation and PSQI socres on day 7,day 14 postoperation were obviously lower than before operation(P<0.05),which were lower in intervention group than in concurrent control group(P<0.05);the rate of complications in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group[5.45%(3/55)vs 22.22%(10/45);(P<0.05),respectively].Conclusion For elderly HF patients,TCM appropriate technology can reduce postoperative pain and complications,improve sleep quality,and promote patient recovery.
