摘要
应企业多孔锚具智能产线的需求,为了进一步提高多孔锚具生产线的智能化水平,实现锚具毛坯,加工后的产品能快速智能化的出库及存储,设备能更好的接入MES系统。分析了MES系统与台达PLC之间的MODBUS TCP通讯技术,MES系统与AGV之间的通讯技术。设计了一套基于PLC的锚具仓储智能控制系统。经企业实际应用表明,通过MES系统和HMI界面能很好的实现仓储控制系统的管理与监控,达到仓储的智能化控制,并解决了管理层与应用层数据交换及实时控制的难题。
In order to further improve the intelligent level of multi hole anchorage production line and realize the rough of anchorage,the processed products can be quickly and intelligently stored out of the warehouse,and the equipment can be better connected to the MES system.This paper analyzes the Modbus TCP communication technology between MES system and Delta PLC,and the communication technology between MES system and AGV.An intelligent control system of anchor storage based on PLC is designed.The practical application of the enterprise shows that the MES system and HMI interface can realize the management and monitoring of the warehouse control system,achieve the intelligent control of the warehouse,and solve the problem of data exchange and real-time control between the management layer and the application layer.
