造口底盘黏胶祛除喷剂及擦纸改善医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的临床应用

Clinical Application of Stoma Chassis Viscose Removal Spray and Wipes to Improve Skin Injury Related to Medical Viscose

目的探讨造口底盘黏胶祛除喷剂及擦纸对改善医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的作用。方法选择南京鼓楼医院集团仪征医院2018年11月-2020年11月诊治需使用医用黏胶患者150例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为常规护理对照组(n=75)与采用造口底盘黏胶祛除喷剂及擦纸祛除黏胶研究组(n=75),对比两组医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤(常见张力性损伤、接触性皮炎、表皮剥落、皮肤撕裂、毛囊炎)发生率,并分析不同季节医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的发生风险,比较两组护理满意度。结果研究组张力性损伤、接触性皮炎、表皮剥落、皮肤撕裂、毛囊炎发生率分别为0.00%(0/75)、0.00%(0/75)、0.00%(0/75)、0.00%(0/75)、1.33%(1/75),均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.395、7.565、4.340、4.340、4.255,P<0.05)。春季、夏季、秋季、冬季发医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤发生构成比分别为11.11%(4/36)、58.33%(21/36)、8.33%(3/36)、22.22%(8/36),夏季发生率最高,不同季节比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.721,P=0.001)。研究组护理满意度为97.33%(73/75),高于对照组77.33%(58/75),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.560,P<0.001)。结论对使用医用黏胶者采用造口底盘黏胶祛除喷剂及擦纸祛除黏胶能有效降低医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的发生率,可提高患者对护理服务的满意度,而夏季发生医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的风险更高,故临床应当加以重视,积极做好预防工作。

Objective To explore the effect of stoma chassis viscose removal spray and wipes on the improvement of medical viscose-related skin damage.Methods A total of 150 patients requiring medical viscose for diagnosis and treatment from Yizheng Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine nursing control group(n=75)and adoptive medical treatment.In the mouth-chassis viscose removal spray and wipes to remove the viscose study group(n=75),the two groups of medical adhesive-related skin injuries(common tension injury,contact dermatitis,epidermal peeling,skin tearing,folliculitis)incidence rate were compared between the two groups,and analyze the risk of occurrence of medical viscose-related skin injuries in different seasons,and compared the nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of tension injury,contact dermatitis,exfoliation,skin tear,and folliculitis in the study group were 0.00%(0/75),0.00%(0/75),0.00%(0/75),0.00%(0/75),1.33%(1/75),were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.395,7.565,4.340,4.340,4.255,P<0.05).The constituent ratios of medical adhesive-related skin injuries in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 11.11%(4/36),58.33%(21/36),8.33%(3/36),and 22.22%(8/36),the highest incidence in summer,the difference between different seasons was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.721,P=0.001).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.33%(73/75),which was higher than 77.33%(58/75)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.560,P<0.001).Conclusion For those who use medical adhesive,the use of stoma chassis viscose removal spray and wipes to remove the viscose can effectively reduce the incidence of medical adhesive-related skin injuries,and can improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services,which occurs in summer of the risk of medical adhesive-related skin damage is higher,so the clinic should pay attention to it and actively prevent it.
