摘要 冲压成型工艺会导致钣金件厚度分布不均,以某款车型的麦弗逊悬架控制臂作为研究对象,采用传统有限元分析方法进行疲劳强度分析,并将其与考虑冲压效应、优化冲压成型方式后的控制臂疲劳强度结果分别进行对比。研究表明冲压成型工艺造成了控制臂外端及前端边缘处减薄,导致其结构性能下降。为了提高仿真的精确性与可靠性,将冲压引起的控制臂厚度变化纳入整个分析流程是十分必要的。 The stamping and forming process will cause uneven thickness distribution of sheet metal.A Macpherson suspension control arm of a certain car model was taken as the research object.The fatigue strength analysis was carried out by using traditional finite element analysis method,and the results were compared with the fatigue strength results of the control arm considering the stamping effect and optimizing the stamping forming method.Studies have shown that the stamping process has caused the thinning of the outer end and front end edge of the control arm,resulting in a decline in its structural performance.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the simulation,it is necessary to incorporate the thickness change of the control arm caused by stamping into the entire analysis process.
