摘要
周围神经损伤(PNI)是显微外科的常见疾病之一,但目前其临床治疗效果仍欠佳,损伤神经的功能恢复仍然是临床研究的重点,其中神经损伤修复中的细胞替代疗法一直是研究重点。机体组织多种干细胞具有向神经元方向分化的潜能,可促进神经再生。随着生物医学的发展,神经营养因子作为神经修复的治疗剂,尤其是脑源性神经营养因子在恢复、维持周围和中枢神经系统神经元功能中发挥着不可替代的作用,在干细胞治疗修复神经损伤的基础上,通过基因修饰干细胞使其过表达脑源性神经营养因子为PNI修复提供了新的治疗思路。
Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)is one of the common diseases in microsurgery,but its clinical therapeutic effect is still poor.The functional recovery of injured nerve is still the focus of clinical research,in which cell replacement therapy in nerve injury repair has always been the research focus.A variety of stem cells in the body′s tissues have the potential to differentiate into neurons,and promote the nerve regeneration.With the development of biomedicine,nerve nutritional factors as a therapeutic agent for nerve repair,especially brain-derived neurotrophic factors,are playing an irreplaceable role in restoring and maintaining the functions of peripheral and central nervous system neurons.Based on the stem cell treatment and repair of nerve damage,stem cells are genetically modified to overexpress the brain-derived neurotrophic factors,which provides a new therapeutic idea for the PNI repair.
