摘要
对比各类能源的经济性,分析蓄热式高温空气燃烧(简称蓄热式燃烧)的发展历程、原理以及传热特性、排放特性,阐述蓄热式燃烧技术工业应用现状,指出工业应用中存在的问题(蓄热体破损、炉压波动及炉压偏高、换向阀的可靠性、加热炉小型化)。
The economy of various energy sources is compared.The development process,principle,heat transfer characteristics and emission characteristics of regenerative high temperature air combustion(hereinafter referred to as regenerative combustion)are analyzed.The industrial application status quo of regenerative combustion technology is expounded.The problems existing in industrial application(regenerator damage,furnace pressure fluctuation and high furnace pressure,reliability of reversing valve and miniaturization of heating furnace)are pointed out.
