摘要
基于细胞凋亡相关信号通路,综述了益气活血法抗脑缺血的作用及机制。缺血缺氧引发的神经细胞凋亡是脑缺血发生发展的关键因素,益气活血法具有抗细胞凋亡、促进血管新生、抗脑缺血损伤等效应,其作用可能与Notch信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路、Janus激酶-信号转导和转录激活子(JAK/STAT)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、Fas/FasL信号通路和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)信号通路相关。
Based on the apoptosis related signaling pathways,we reviewed the effect and mechanism of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood on cerebral ischemia.Neuronal apoptosis induced by ischemia and hypoxia is a key factor in the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia.Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood method has the effects of anti apoptosis,promoting angiogenesis and anti cerebral ischemia injury,which may be related to the following pathways:Notch signaling pathway,phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B(PI3/Akt)signaling pathway,Janus kinase signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT)signaling pathway,mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway and Fas/FasL signaling pathway and caspase signaling pathway.
