继续教育背景下“岗课赛证”综合育人模式探索

Exploration of the Comprehensive Education Model of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”under the Continuing Education Background

继续教育是培养高素质人才的重要方式,为提升继续教育的适应性,培育具备较强综合素养的复合人才,教育主体应当应用“岗课赛证”育人模式增强教育实效,体现新时代继续教育特征。在继续教育背景下探索“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的现实意义,提出这一育人模式应用过程中存在的问题。探究合理应用“岗课赛证”模式的不同教学模块、设计课程体系,通过对接行业标准强化证课融通,提升教师队伍教学能力等打造“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的策略,为提升继续教育育人效果提供可行建议。

Continuing education is an important way to cultivate high-quality talents.In order to improve the adaptability of continuing education and cultivate compound talents with strong comprehensive literacy,the main body of education should apply the“post-course-competition-certificate”education model to enhance the effectiveness of education and reflect the new characteristics of continuing education of the times.In the context of continuing education,this article explores the practical significance of this education model and points out the problems existing in the application of this model.Additionally,this paper explores the rational application of different teaching modules of the model,design a curriculum system,strengthen the integration of certificates and courses according to industry standards,and improve the teaching ability of the teaching team and provides feasible suggestions on the effect of continuing education.
