循证护理对晚期肺癌患者疼痛和心理情绪和影响分析

Analysis of pain and psychological emotion and influence of evidence-based nursing on patients with advanced lung cancer

目的分析循证护理对晚期肺癌患者疼痛和心理情绪的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在本院治疗的晚期肺癌患者76例,随机分为循证护理的观察组(38例)与常规护理的对照组(38例),观察患者疼痛情况及心理情绪。结果与对照组相比,观察组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予晚期肺癌患者循证护理,能减轻患者疼痛感,促进其心理情绪的改善,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the impact of evidence-based nursing on pain and psychological mood of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Seventy six patients with advanced lung cancer in the seventh medical center of PLA General Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into evidence-based nursing observation group(38 cases)and conventional nursing control group(38 cases)to observe the pain and psychological mood of the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of VAS,SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer can relieve pain and improve their psychological mood,which is worth learning.
