新时代中国共产党铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究:逻辑缘起、价值意蕴和实践路径

作为中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,中国共产党自成立之日起就肩负起了实现中华民族伟大复兴的大业。当前中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国经济社会发展进入新阶段,中华民族共同体建设也进入新时期。2017年,中国共产党将"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"写入党章,使之成为全党全国各族人民的根本遵循。2021年的中央民族工作会议上,习近平再次强调,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,推动新时代党的民族工作高质量发展。新时代中国共产党高度重视铸牢中华民族共同体意识,其逻辑缘起在于社会主要矛盾发生了转变,而党在新时代的历史使命、国家治理的现代化及当前民族工作的阶段性特征等,都对新时代党的民族工作提出了新的要求。从价值意蕴的角度来讲,新时代中国共产党铸牢中华民族共同体意识是对马克思主义民族理论的创新和发展,能够凝聚当代中国的民族国家认同,提升中华民族的文化自信,丰富中国民族理论的话语体系。在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践中,中国共产党坚定不移地走中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路:通过全面加强党的领导、着力解决发展的不平衡不充分问题、建设中华民族共有精神家园、推动民族工作的现代化和高质量发展,从而实现中华民族伟大复兴。

As the leader’s role in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Communist Party of China has shouldered the great cause of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation since its founding.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,while China’s economic and social development,and the building of the Chinese nation community has also entered a new era.CPC has written"solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese national community"into the party constitution,making it the fundamental guideline of the Party and the people of all ethnic groups.At the 2021 Central Conference on Ethnic Work,President Xi Jinping reiterated that building the awareness of the Chinese national community as the main line will promote the high-quality development of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era,In the new era,CPC attaches great importance to building a strong consciousness of the Chinese national community.Its logic originates from the changing of the main social contradiction.However,the historical mission of the Party in the new era,the modernization of national governance and the periodical characteristics of the current ethnic work all put forward new requirements for the Party’s ethnic work in the new era.From the perspective of value implication,CPC strengthening of the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation in the new era is the innovation and development of Marxist national theory,which can gather the national identity of contemporary China,enhance the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation,and enrich the discourse system of Chinese ethnic theory.In the practice of solidifying the community consciousness of the Chinese nation to solve the ethnic problems of the Chinese characteristics,CPC realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through comprehensively strengthening the party’s leadership,striving to solve the unbalanced and inadequate problems in the process of development,and the construction of the Chinese nation’s common spiritual home,promoting the modernization of ethnic work and high quality development.
