团队管理式延续性护理在白内障手术患者中的应用研究

Research on the application of team-managed continuous nursing in patients undergoing cataract surgery

目的探讨团队管理式延续性护理在白内障手术患者中的应用研究。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院一分院眼科收治的白内障手术治疗患者60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的护理基础上进行团队管理式延续性护理,比较两组视力恢复情况、并发症发生率、治疗依从性及患者满意度。视力恢复情况包括前房深度、眼压和裸眼视力。结果观察组前房深度和眼压明显低于对照组,裸眼视力≥0.5比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性和满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队管理式延续性护理能够明显改善患者视力,提高患者的治疗依从性,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the research on the application of team-managed continuous nursing in patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing cataract surgery admitted to and treated in the Department of Ophthalmology in the First Branch of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing after surgery,while those in the observation group were treated with team-managed continuous nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group.The recovery of visual acuity,incidence of complication,treatment compliance and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The recovery of visual acuity included anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure and naked eye visual acuity.Results The anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the ratio of uncorrected visual acuity≥0.5 was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Team-managed continuous nursing can obviously improve patients'visual acuity and treatment compliance,which is safe and reliable.
