基于应急指挥调度的融合通信应用现状综述 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济建设的快速发展以及市场经济改革的持续深入,社会发展重要转型阶段的各种社会性矛盾日益凸显,各类突发性公共安全事件频发,加大了相关应急指挥系统的压力,因此加强应急指挥体系建设以及提高调度有效性至关重要。由于应急指挥系统调度工作具有较强的时效性、紧迫性以及艰巨性,则需对现阶段构建的应急指挥核心体系框架加大研究力度,针对应急指挥信息系统存在的问题,通过对融合通信技术的有效应用,实现系统的网络化、结构化、平面化,从而切实提高指挥调试质量和水平。本文就应急指挥调度系统现状及融合通信技术应用必要性进行分析,并对融合通信技术的具体应用进行进一步探讨。 With the rapid development of economic construction and the continuous deepening of market economy reforms,various social contradictions in the important transformation stage of social development have become increasingly prominent,and various sudden public safety incidents have occurred frequently,which has increased the pressure on the relevant emergency command system.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the construction of the emergency command system and improve the effectiveness of dispatching.Due to the strong timeliness,urgency and arduousness of the emergency command system scheduling work,it is necessary to increase research efforts on the core emergency command system framework constructed at this stage,and to address the problems existing in the emergency command information system,through the inte-gration of communication technology,the effective application of the system realizes the network,structure,and planarization of the system,thereby effectively improving the quality and level of command and debug-ging.This article analyzes the current situation of the emergency command and dispatch system and the neces-sity of the application of the fusion communication technology,and further discusses the specific application of the fusion communication technology.
