摘要
随着人们生活品质的提高,国家对于食品安全问题予以高度重视。本文对于目前食品安全监督抽样流程中出现的一些问题和不足之处进行了分析,从法律法规和食品安全监督主要流程标准方面进行了研究,并提出了相应的解决方法和建立了“人、机、法、环”等要素在线质量控制指标,以更好地控制食品安全。
With the improvement of people’s quality of life,the country attaches great importance to food safety.This article for the current food safety supervision in the sampling process of some problems and shortcomings are analyzed,and the laws,regulations and food safety supervision and the main process standards are studied,and proposed the corresponding solution method and established the“man,machine,method,ring”elements such as online quality control indicators,in order to be able to better control of food safety.
