摘要
该课程通过课前预习和小组讨论、以史为鉴、追根溯源、优化实验内容、改革实验方案、不断反思、持续改进等方法,激发学生学习兴趣,提升学生自主学习能力,启迪学生科学思维,提高学生独立思考能力,培养学生创新意识和合作意识。实践证明,生物技术综合实验实现了以知识传授为主,向以思维方式和独立思考能力提升为主的转变,使学生在获得专业知识的同时,学到了一种思维方式,使学生学习从被动的行为转化为自主的行为。
The course has passed pre-class preview and group discussion, take history as a mirror, trace back to the source, optimize the experimental content and reform the experimental scheme, continuous reflection,continuous improvement and other methods. The results show that stimulate students’ interest in learning,enhance students’ independent learning ability, enlightening students’ scientific thinking, improve students’ independent thinking ability, cultivate students’ innovation consciousness and cooperation consciousness. The practice has proved that the comprehensive experiment of biotechnology has realized the transformation from impartation of knowledge to enhancement of thinking mode and independent thinking ability, which enables students to acquire professional knowledge and acquire a way of thinking at the same time, so that students learn from passive behavior into independent behavior.
