环境规制对省域碳排放差异的影响研究

Research on Impact of Environmental Regulation on Provincial Carbon Emission Differences

设计和实施合理的环境规制措施是制约当前我国碳排放的有效路径。分析了省域碳排放的空间格局特征,实证研究了不同类型环境规制措施对省域碳排放的影响作用。研究结果表明:不同环境规制类型对不同省域碳排放的影响程度和显著性差异较大,命令型环境规制对省域碳排放具有直接、显著的抑制作用,而市场型环境规制对省域碳排放的影响可能由于其滞后性未产生显著抑制作用。

The design and implementation of reasonable environmental regulation measures is an effective way to restrict the current carbon emissions in China.It analyzes the spatial pattern characteristics of provincial carbon emissions,and empirically studies the impact of different types of environmental regulatory measures on provincial carbon emissions.The results show that:different types of environmental regulation have great differences in the degree and significance of the impact on carbon emissions in different provinces.The mandatory environmental regulation has a direct and significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions in different provinces,while the economic environmental regulation has no inhibitory effect on carbon emissions in different provinces because of its lag.
