一种基于VBA实现的定点采购报价及审核系统

高校作为实行预算管理的事业单位,是执行政府采购的主体之一。随着高校及科研院所科研"放管服"改革的不断深化,采购方式的不断完善,各高校在法律、法规许可的范围内不断探索新的采购方式。其中定点采购是常用的一种简化采购程序。这种采购方式的推广对相应的高校财务报销流程提出了新的要求。本文介绍的报价和审核系统利用Excel函数结合VBA窗体宏编程并针对定点采购的特点自主开发,无需高级的编程技巧,容易掌握,供其它高校参考。

Colleges and universities,as the institutions that implemented budget management, are one of the main bodies of government procurement. With the deepening of the reform of "delegating power, regulating and serving", colleges and universities are exploring constantly the new procurement methods within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.Among them, fixed-supplier purchase is a common simplified procurement procedure. The promotion of this procurement method puts forward new requirements for the corresponding financial reimbursement process in colleges and universities. This paper introduces a quotation and audit software system using Excel function combined with VBA window macro programming and targeted at the characteristics of fixed-supplier purchase. It is developed independently, without advanced programming skills, easy to master, for the reference of other universities.
