摘要
目的探讨基于卓越绩效准则的公立医院绩效评价标准对提高护士工作积极性的效果。方法 2021年1月—6月对某院护理部实施基于卓越绩效准则的公立医院绩效评价标准,比较实施前(2020年7月—12月)及实施后护士工作积极性、护理质量及护理满意度。结果实施后护士工作积极性评分、护理质量总评分及护士对工作满意度总评分较实施前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论基于卓越绩效准则的公立医院绩效评价标准的应用可有效提高护士护理服务质量及其对护理工作的满意度,从而更好地激发护士工作积极性。
Objective To explore the effect of public hospital performance evaluation standards based on excellent performance criteria on improving nurses’ work enthusiasm. Methods The nursing department of this hospital implemented the performance evaluation standard of public hospitals based on the excellent performance criteria from January 2021 to June 2021.The work enthusiasm, nursing care of nurses, quality and nursing satisfaction of before implementation(from July 2020 to December 2020) and after implementation were compared. Results The nurses’ job enthusiasm score, total score of nursing quality, and total score of nurses’ satisfactions with nursing work after implementation were significantly improved than before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of performance evaluation standards in public hospitals based on outstanding performance criteria can effectively improve the quality of nurses’ nursing service and their satisfaction with nursing work, so as to better stimulate nurses’ enthusiasm for work.
