摘要
目的探究情景模拟在临床规培护士培训中的应用价值。方法在2020年1月—2021年1月,选取某医院培训期临床规培护士90名作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字法进行分组,对照组(n=45)采用传统培训流程,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上另给予情景模拟培训,对比分析临床演练评分、不良事件发生率,护理质量。结果培训后,观察组临床演练评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用情景模拟教学对临床规培护士进行培训,能降低不良事件发生风险,提高临床演练评分及护理质量。
Objective To explore the application value of scenario simulation in clinical nurse training. Methods In January 2020 to January 2021, to choose our company clinical nurse rules from 90 as the research object, using the random number method to group and control group(n=45) with traditional training process, the observation group(n=45) in the control group on the basis of the other to explore scenario simulation training, score comparison and analysis of clinical practice, the incidence of adverse events, Quality of care. Results After training, the clinical drill score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After training, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After training, the nursing quality of observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Using scenario simulation to train clinical nurses can reduce the risk of adverse events and improve the score of clinical practice and nursing quality.
