资产评估在市场经济运行中不可或缺,肩负着稳定经济秩序,保障相关主体利益的重任。资产评估学是一门实践性较强的专业课程,从资产评估与课程思政相融合的必要性和可行性进行探讨的基础上,明确该课程思政教学改革的目标,从教师能力、教学目标、教学设计、教学内容、教学方法、教学案例及教学评价等方面剖析了资产评估学课程思政教学改革的实现路径,以期实现为党和国家培养既具备专业素养又具备家国情怀、不负担当使命的资产评估时代新人。

Asset assessment is indispensable in the operation of market economy,which undertakes the responsibility of stabilizing economic order and safeguards the interests of relevant subjects.Asset Assessment is a practical specialized course.Based on the discussion of the necessity and feasibility of the integration of asset assessment and ideological and political education,this paper clarifies the goal of the ideological and political education reform of the course,and analyzes the path of ideological and political reform from seven aspects:teachers'abilities,teaching objectives,teaching design,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching cases and teaching evaluation.New Asset assessment talents with professional quality,patriotismand responsibility are cultivated for the Party and country.
