摘要
近年来,国家大力推进绿色低碳发展,供水行业中二泵房的水泵对电能消耗颇大,但是长期以来水司对于二泵房中水泵的能效缺乏有效监控,因此,搭建水厂二泵房能效监控平台,通过二泵房能效监控平台优化供水调度节约能效势在必行。文中以W市水司二泵房运行调度为例,详细介绍了水厂二泵房能效监控平台的搭建过程,该平台将流量仪、压力表、液位计等在线仪表数据存储在调度前置机中,运用SQL Server、C#、H5等技术将计算书公式编程后计算得出水厂二泵房实时的配水单位电耗和效率数据,最终展示在调度系统中。W市水司运用该二泵房能效监控平台摸索单泵运行的高效区间,进行单泵与多泵组合能效分析,优化多泵组合运行方式,提出科学合理经济的水泵调度方案,并将此方案应用至生产调度,2019年1月—7月采取了优化的调度方案后,在产水量较去年同期上升4.16%的情况下,二泵房电耗不升反降,下降约0.24%,取得了不错的节能降耗效果。
In recent years,the government is vigorously promoting green and low-carbon development.Secondary pumping station in water supply industry consume a lot of electricity while there is a lack of effective monitoring over the energy efficiency in secondary pumping station for a long time.Therefore,it is imperative to establish energy efficiency monitoring platform and through which to optimize the water supply scheduling and save energy efficiency.This article takes the operation scheduling of secondary pumping station of W City water company as an instance,introducing in detail the construction process of energy efficiency monitoring platform.Platform stores online data such as flow meters,pressure gauges,and liquid indicators in the scheduling front-end computer,and uses SQL Server,C#,H5 and other technologies to program the calculation formula and calculate the real-time unit electricity consumption and efficiency data of water treatment plant secondary pumping station,which are finally displayed in the scheduling system.W City water company uses this platform to explore the high efficiency range of single pump operation,analyze the energy efficiency of single pump and multi-pump combination,optimize the multi-pump combination operation mode,and proposes a scientific,reasonable and economical scheduling plan,which is applied in production scheduling.After adopting the optimized scheduling from January to July 2019,although the water productivity increased by 4.16%compared with the same period last year,the electricity consumption of secondary pumping station did not rise but fell instead,with a decrease of about 0.24%,which achieved satisfactory results.
