基于双目立体视觉振动筛振幅的测量方法 被引量:1

Research on Measuring Method of Vibrating Screen Amplitude Based on Binocular Stereo Vision

摘要 振幅作为振动筛的重要参数之一,对于颗粒的运动能量和筛机的振动强度具有重大的影响。针对振动筛振幅的测量,文中提出一种基于双目视觉原理的振动筛振幅的测量方法。利用区域生长法去除预处理过程后图像中白色的冗余点,并分割出白色标记点区域。然后基于形态学的膨胀操作的提取连通分量的方法,获取每帧静态图像中特征标志点的亚像素中心坐标。最后,结合双目视觉立体原理将二维的像素坐标转换为三维的世界几何信息坐标。并从连续静态的序列图像中提取四组振动周期,振幅的空间运动规律均都符合振动筛的往复运动,其四组振幅之间的误差小于0.1 mm。从而达到振动筛振幅的测量目的,为振动筛振幅测量提供了一种新方法。 As one of the important parameters of the vibraing screen,the ampliude has a significant impact on the movement energy of the particles and the vibration intensity of the screen machine.Aiming at the measurement of vibrating screen amplitude,this article proposes a method for measuring vibrating screen amplitude based on the principle of binocular vision.The region growing method is used to remove the white redundant points in the image after pre-processing,and segment the white marked point regions.Then,by extracting connected components based on morphological expansion operation,the sub-pixel center coordinales of the characteristic marked points in each frame of the static image are obtained.Finally,the Iwo-dimensional pixel coordinales are converted into three-dimensional world geomnetrie information coordinates based on the principle of binocular vision stereo.Four groups of vibration periods are extracted from the continuous static sequence images.The spatial motion laws of the amplitudes are all in line with the reciproeating motion of the vibrating screen,and the error between the four groups of amplitudes is less than 0.1 mm.This work provides a new method for measuring the armplitude of the vibrating screen.
