摘要
试验研究添加植物乳杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌对仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取120头初始体重(7.99±0.23)kg的"长×大"二元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1×10^(6)CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌(试验A组)、1×10^(6)CFU/g植物乳杆菌(试验B组)、5×10^(5)CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌+5×10^(5)CFU/g植物乳杆菌(试验C组)。试验期28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验C组仔猪的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);料重比和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。试验C组仔猪总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验C组仔猪血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量以及谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加植物乳杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌可以明显提高仔猪生长性能,改善血清生化指标和抗氧化能力,且二者同时添加效果更好。
The experiment was to study effect of Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis supplementation on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of piglets. A total of 120 ’Landrace×Yorkshire’ binary crossbred weaned piglets with initial body weight of(7.99±0.23) kg were randomly divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group and six piglets in each replicate. The piglets in control group were fed with basal diet, and the piglets in test groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1×10^(6)CFU/g Bacillus subtilis(group A), 1×10^(6)CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum(group B), 5×10^(5)CFU/g Bacillus subtilis + 5×10^(5)CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum(group C), respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain of piglets in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) in group C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The content of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB) and activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in group C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis supplementation can significantly increase growth performance, and improve serum biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity of piglets. Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis supplementation added simultaneously has better effect.
