摘要
SMW工法桩是由型钢做内支撑,混凝土–土混合搅拌形成的连续性较强的地下墙体,其不仅具有较高的强度和刚度,而且施工时通过重复套钻,使得墙体连续完整且具有良好的抗渗性,成为深基坑工程施工中常见的受力、抗渗的围护结构,并在深基坑围护施工中得到了广泛应用。结合某高层建筑深基坑围护施工实践经验,从施工的全过程对SMW工法桩施工技术要点与质量控制予以细致探讨,以期为SMW工法桩的广泛应用提供助力。
The SMW construction method pile is an underground wall with strong continuity formed by the internal support of section steel and mixed cement and soil. It not only has high strength and rigidity,but also makes the wall continuous and complete through repeated drilling during construction. And it has good impermeability,and it has become a common force-bearing and impermeable retaining structure in the construction of deep foundation pits,and has been widely used in the construction of deep foundation pits. The article combines the practical experience of deep foundation pit construction of a high-rise building,and discusses the key points and quality control of SMW construction method pile construction technology from the whole construction process,in order to provide assistance for wider application of SMW construction method pile.
