摘要
随着经济和社会的快速发展,环境问题的解决越来越依赖于多学科知识的深度融合,而传统的环境类工科专业亟待开展对新工科人才培养的探索。为了培养适应快速发展的环境产业的人才,南开大学依托于环境工程、资源循环科学与工程和环境生态工程三个环境类工科专业及南开大学的综合性多学科优势,设置个性化培养方案,启动环境类新工科特色班建设。环境类新工科特色班实行小班教学、一对一导师制、特色化教学培养模式,为培养环境领域的复合型工程技术人才进行了实践和探索。
With the fast development of economy and the society,the treatment of environmental issues focuses more on the deep merge of interdisciplinary knowledge.So the conventional environmental engineering education has to be moved to emerging engineering education.In order to cultivate talents for the fast developing environmental industry,Nankai University took advantages of the comprehensive multidisciplinary in that university and relied on the college's superior disciplines including Environmental Engineering,Resource Cycle Science and Engineering and Environmental Ecological Engineering to set up environmental engineering special classes.Environmental special classes implement small class,one-to-one tutor system,and personalized training mode to cultivate technical talents in the environmental field.
